The story behind Lorenna Aires

My journey is marked by diverse experiences that have shaped my perspective and guided me to Psychology.

I worked for many years in commerce, including clothing stores, a broadcast television channel, dental offices, and banks, where I learned the value of human contact and empathetic listening.

With knowledge in Public Security Management and Law, I worked in a civil police station, where I explored ethical and justice aspects, gaining insight into the emotional needs of people in challenging situations. I am a trained esthetician and, in this area, I worked directly with self-esteem and self-perception, awakening in me the importance of looking at health and well-being as a whole.

This journey showed me that my true purpose lay in understanding the human mind and supporting emotional development. During my psychology internship, I deepened this purpose by working in the field of psychonutrition, integrating mental health and nutrition, confirming the importance of psychological well-being for a healthy and balanced life.

Today, as a psychologist, I carry with me an integrative and welcoming vision, respecting each life story as an essential part of building who we are. Transformation is a continuous journey; each experience is a step towards our growth.
